BreakLoop Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for BreakLoop purchases.
The process depends on where you purchased BreakLoop. Apple-billed App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Eligible direct website purchases are handled by BreakLoop using its web billing providers.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, warranty, or other consumer right that applies to you under law.
1. App Store subscriptions and purchases
If you purchased a BreakLoop subscription or other product through Apple's App Store, Apple processes and controls the transaction.
BreakLoop cannot directly guarantee, approve, reject, or issue a refund for an Apple-billed transaction. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under Apple's terms and the consumer law applicable to the transaction.
Requesting an Apple refund
Apple's current refund process is available through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and is explained at https://support.apple.com/118223.
Apple notes that refund eligibility can vary by country or region and that statutory consumer protections continue to apply where applicable.
Cancelling an Apple subscription
App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple Account. Apple's current cancellation instructions are available at https://support.apple.com/118428.
Unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not normally end access before the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Free and discounted trial terms, including any cancellation deadline, are governed by the offer displayed by Apple and Apple's applicable subscription rules.
BreakLoop support for Apple billing issues
You may contact us at support@getbreakloop.app, and we will make a reasonable effort to help identify the relevant BreakLoop entitlement or point you toward the appropriate Apple support process.
However, Apple is the primary point of contact for Apple-billed cancellations, charges, payment disputes, and refunds. BreakLoop does not guarantee that it can resolve an Apple billing issue or influence Apple's refund decision.
2. Direct BreakLoop website purchases
BreakLoop may offer a limited one-time Lifetime Access to BreakLoop Pro purchase through the BreakLoop website, including during an Early Access period.
Direct web purchases may use RevenueCat Billing with Stripe as the payment processor.
For a successful direct web purchase, the price and currency displayed at checkout control. BreakLoop may offer purchases in currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, KRW, and JPY. The default displayed currency may be USD where no different supported currency is selected or localized.
3. 14-day BreakLoop money-back guarantee
Direct BreakLoop website purchases of Lifetime Access are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
You may request a full refund within 14 days after the date of purchase without needing to provide a reason.
This is a voluntary BreakLoop guarantee in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
Where you receive beta, TestFlight, entitlement, or other digital access during those 14 days, BreakLoop will still honor this 14-day contractual money-back guarantee.
To request a refund, email support@getbreakloop.app from the email associated with your purchase or BreakLoop account and include enough information for us to identify the transaction.
4. EU/EEA withdrawal rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, generally within 14 days, subject to the rules and exceptions that apply to digital content and digital services.
Where applicable law requires your express request or consent before digital performance begins during the statutory withdrawal period, or requires you to acknowledge the effect that beginning performance may have on a statutory withdrawal right, the checkout flow may request that consent and acknowledgement.
Regardless of whether digital performance has already begun, the separate BreakLoop 14-day money-back guarantee described above remains available for eligible direct website Lifetime Access purchases.
5. Early Access before public App Store release
An Early Access purchase may be made before BreakLoop is publicly available on the App Store.
Your Lifetime Access entitlement is created after a successful purchase, but using the app before public release may depend on available beta or TestFlight capacity.
If beta capacity is full, you may need to wait until BreakLoop is publicly available on the App Store. This does not by itself invalidate the purchase.
Delay beyond 60 days
If BreakLoop has not become publicly available on the App Store within 60 days after your Early Access purchase, you may request a full refund, even if the ordinary 14-day money-back guarantee has already expired.
This additional delay refund remains available until BreakLoop becomes publicly available on the App Store or your purchase is otherwise refunded or terminated.
If BreakLoop will not be released
If the Publisher makes a final decision not to release BreakLoop publicly on the App Store, or if public App Store release becomes permanently unavailable such that the purchased Early Access product cannot reasonably be delivered, the Publisher will initiate a full refund for affected unreimbursed Early Access purchases, subject to the payment provider's ability to return funds to the original or an otherwise lawful payment method.
6. Ending the Early Access offer is not cancellation of your purchase
BreakLoop may stop selling Early Access or Lifetime Access, change future prices, change the number of purchases available, or replace the offer with another purchase model.
If BreakLoop merely stops offering Early Access or Lifetime Access to new purchasers, existing valid Lifetime Access purchasers retain their purchased entitlement subject to the Terms of Use.
No refund is due merely because a later BreakLoop offer, promotion, region, currency, or pricing experiment is cheaper than the price you paid.
7. Refunds after 14 days
After the applicable 14-day money-back period, direct website refund requests are reviewed case by case.
We do not guarantee a discretionary refund after that period.
We may consider factors such as duplicate purchases, material technical inability to provide the purchased entitlement, substantial service problems, mistaken purchases, extraordinary circumstances, or other facts we consider relevant.
This discretionary policy does not replace any refund, termination, price-reduction, conformity, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law independently gives you.
8. Abuse, fraud, and terminated access
A user whose Lifetime Access is lawfully terminated because of material abuse, deliberate circumvention, serious misuse, or another material breach described in the Terms of Use is not entitled to a refund solely because access was terminated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed transactions will be handled according to applicable law and the requirements of RevenueCat, Stripe, the relevant payment network, financial institutions, or other involved payment providers.
9. What happens when a direct web purchase is refunded
When a direct Lifetime Access purchase is refunded:
- the refund is returned through the applicable payment provider to the original payment method or another method where legally or technically required;
- the BreakLoop entitlement associated with the refunded purchase may be revoked immediately; and
- access to BreakLoop Pro that depended solely on that purchase ends when the entitlement is revoked.
RevenueCat and Stripe may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear on your payment method or statement.
10. Account deletion is not a refund
Deleting your BreakLoop account is separate from requesting a refund.
If you voluntarily delete an account that holds Lifetime Access, the entitlement may be permanently severed and may not be restorable, as explained in the Terms of Use. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund right.
Deleting your BreakLoop account also does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription. You must cancel an Apple subscription through Apple.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy for future purchases to reflect changes in BreakLoop, payment providers, law, or our purchase models.
A later policy change will not remove mandatory rights that applied to a transaction when it was made, and we will not retroactively remove an express refund commitment that formed part of an existing purchase unless applicable law permits it.
